A Visual Artist from Western Victoria, Australia. Proficient in drawing and carving, with an avid interest in geography. Damian has exhibited solo twice at the Warrnambool Art Gallery, in 2003 with a series of pen and ink drawings of Commercial Rd Koroit, and in 2013 with Red Gumption consisting of redgum carvings and an eclectic series of pen and ink drawings. WAG acquired a pair of carvings following the show. During this era, Damian exhibited in several group shows with his Warrnambool colleagues. In more recent years the artist has explored the nature of granite around Geelong, and the geology of Gariwerd. His new venture will consist of observing and interpreting the bushland surrounding his new studio near Edenhope.
