Mack Brown is a young fine artist from Hobart, Tasmania. Since a very young age Mack has always been creative and has been finding new ways to express his artistic endeavours. Ever since he has found and developed his artistic skills to become what they are today, Mack's family and schools have been key supporters of his art, by creating an art studio area as well as suppling art supplies and support. Throughout his artistic journey he has competed and won in many competitions as well as being a part of exhibitions.
"Family and friends have been commissioning and buying some of my art throughout the years which helps open a window to the possibilities of selling my art to others." All these helps motivate Mack to pursue and produce art.
Mack likes to produce art in as many ways as possible, from hyper realism through graphite and charcoal to more abstract forms of art. He says he like to create his artwork on paper as well as being digital. "Both paper and digital art hold different properties allowing for different styles and forms of art, I like utilising both to fully extend my capabilities."
Mack says. "A favourite of mine has been an impressionistic style of drawing utilising scribbles, creating form and depth to create portraits of people and animals. I find the scribble style is an effective way of expressing the nature and the tone of the individuals.”
