The Florist's Floor

Inspired by one of my very first pieces, "The Clumsy Florist", this piece is an exploration of my shifting art style and extension of my use of colour. This piece juxtaposes the calm and the chaos; a beautiful mess.

Hi, I’m Maddie, a full-time Melbournian with a penchant for painting and a passion for storytelling.

I’ve been illustrating since I was 14, designing graphics since I was 15, and painting abstracts since I was 26 (this is going to sound a lot more impressive in ten years, I promise).

Since my first abstract earlier this year, I've fallen in love with the craft, and am super excited to share it with you.
