I’m Mahima, known as Art by Mahi, a textured artist based in beautiful city of Melbourne. I’m a stay at home mum of two and self-taught artist. Currently, my artistic focus is on capturing the essence of the sea, landscapes, and florals inspired by nature. As a self-taught artist, I draw endless inspiration from the wonders of the natural world, striving to convey their beauty on my canvas.
My goal is to bring happy, positive vibes into everyone’s life through my work. I offer audiences a visual experience that sparks imagination and creativity. Continuously pushing my artistic boundaries, I strive to create something new and unique in every piece. Texture is a key element in my work, and I often apply several layers of Texture before adding the final touches, leaving a raised, interesting surface that’s just as captivating up close as it is from a distance.
