Artwork Description

Walking underneath the trees at nightfall and listening to the birds settling down is quite an experience. It is most certainly not a lullaby but sounds more like a domestic situation in the family. I can just imagine what they are yelling at each other. So funny! I just love listening to them settling down at the end of a long day. Very social animals.

Artist Bio

Mandi paints intuitive atmospheric landscapes that captures the mood of nature. ” Nature or creation is the one place where I find an abundance of ideas and reverence from. The opposites in nature intrigues me, order versus chaos, soft against rough textures, light in darkness, etc, The always changing elements in growth or climate and the moods that it brings forth, The energy in itself, the detail when you look closer, and the bigger picture when you look up, are all part of the endless amazement that makes me want to be part of the creative process!”
