Using rapid loose marks in gouache and sweeping pencil lines, this drawing describes two trees and the litter of leaves and sticks on the ground and array of natural colours present in the dry landscape. It was made on site at a place that Marco has returned to for over a decade. This is a very collectable example of the artist's landscape work.
