Sunflowers are Margs favorite flowers, big, bright and bold, just like the artist herself.

Marg has retired from community work and has only in the past few years concentrated on her artwork. She has lived in the beautiful little town of Bruthen in East Gippsland, Victoria for the past 30 years. Her naive type ' Bruthen Beauty' artworks were inspired by local sights and characters. Bright colours and cheerful subjects have always been a feature of Margs work. This has carried over into her landscapes and local bird life paintings which usually feature vivid glowing colours and textures.
