Artwork Description

On viewing the photo of Jazz, I was impressed by her perky ears, which lean towards one side in a quizzical way, as if the dog is asking a question. I wanted to capture the energy, alertness and confidence of this breed of dog. I painted Jazz in my art studio. After talking with the owner of Jazz, I found out that;
“ Jazz, the German Shepherd, was acquired in March 2024 at eight weeks old. Jazz is lively and loves to run. Jazz is currently in training for obedience, and she is a fast learner. Jazz likes people a little bit too much. She jumps up on them, but this habit is slowly changing. Jazz loves going for swims at the beach and going for walks”.
