I was drawn to this image as who doesn't feel as though sea birds perched on jetty posts evokes the feel of warm summer days at the beach.

I have painted in watercolours and acrylics for twenty years. My works have appeared in Verandah Literary Journal and in various exhibitions, and I have sold many. I love having people in my life and in my works. Writing and painting give me so much pleasure, as does gardening, reading and craft, tennis, and watching the always colourful and intriguing parade of life.
