Peace

I usually work in bright colours. On this day, however, I felt inspired to create a calmer, peaceful, dreamy painting, but still with that gold energy shining through. The large swirls create a relaxing feeling.

Out of Africa and settled in Australia, my art is influenced by the images, flora, fauna, colours, energy and passion of both continents. You will find my artworks joyful and uplifting. I work mainly in mixed media and alcohol inks in a semi-abstract style. I am also a qualified Social Worker and Art Therapist using the creative process as a tool to enable my clients to express themselves symbolically as part of the healing process.
I recently had a solo exhibition at Parliament House in Sydney. The exhibition was physically hung, but was displayed on-line due to Covid restrictions.
Art is my passion and evoking feelings of joy and happiness from the viewer my fulfilment.
