Artwork Description

Snorkelling and seeing weedy sea dragons under piers in Port Phillip Bay was amazing and restructure of the Flinders pier was adapted to accommodate the livelihood of the dragons, the marine symbol of Victoria. The weedy sea dragon was worked on water soluble fabrics and hand stitched to the background. Hand stitched knitted piece stitched to the background adds conversation texture!
