Born and educated in the UK, I then finished an art and design degree before living in Tel Aviv, Vancouver, San Francisco, Berlin and Melbourne.

I was then drawn to the magic and rawness of the Surf Coast with its richness of colours and oceanic blue hues.
Painting by letting go and being allowed to go on a journey with a memory or memories.
I apply various layers to create an ambience full of subtleties and nuances producing a sense of space and mystery.
Part of the poetry of abstract painting for me is that it can evoke emotional responses and narratives,
resonating from elements that may be both intended or unintended, a bit like nature.
