I had the best trio of hobbies - bushwalking, photography and painting. While walking around Wilson's Promontory, I snapped Norman beach, using coloured filters, liked the effect so much I just had to paint it

Began oil painting at High School late 1970s, have continued to paint as a hobby, doing some commissions along the way. Illustrated a children's book - The Secret of Dreaming in 1987, have held a few exhibitions.
