This work is an experiment in abstraction. I have taken an image of a lorikeet and filtered it down to it's base colours, then used these forms to influence the 3D sculpted glass frame.
Sculptor and painter since 2005, I have exhibited in group and solo shows in Sydney and Melbourne, from Sculpture by the Sea, to Hazelhurst Gallery.
My love is glass, it holds a firm position in my creative heart. My work embraces imperfection and lives in an introverted head space.
