5 plus 5 is 10, but so is 8 plus 2 and 6 plus 4. You can have butter with your toast or you can have it with jam or Marmite. It's still toast. The point I'm trying to make is there's more than one way to do something and there's more than one point of view in everything but at the end of the day we can all get what we want and be happy if we listen to each other. Micromanagement is death and has no place in life or in business. There's always more than one way to do something and still get the same result. It's in realising this that we grow and progress. It's not all Nike or Adidas. Sometimes it's Converse.
