Ancient Mother is ethereal—she is all things and nothing at once. She is the spirit in nature and humanity and space beyond. She is the heart of Africa, the cradle of humanity.

I’m a self taught Congolese, Australian artist that has only been painting for 18 months. I have found an infinity with water colour on canvas. The black female form will be forever my muse. My work explores the idea of larger black female bodies being central to Renaissance style art with bold ties to my African culture.
