I Wanna Hold Your Hand

This piece tells a story of two lovers who are longing for each other but can’t find the words to express it, so instead they show it my allowing just their pinky fingers to touch.

I’m a self taught Congolese, Australian artist that has only been painting for 18 months. I have found an infinity with water colour on canvas. The black female form will be forever my muse. My work explores the idea of larger black female bodies being central to Renaissance style art with bold ties to my African culture.
