Social animals III

This work dates from 2023 and is one of my second generation 'Social animals'. I began in 2022 making 'Television man' then made other animals to accompany him including 'Computer mouse', 'Party animal' and 'Flip-phone dog'. The second generaation differ from the first in the use of consistent colours.

After getting a BA in 1985 I worked in various offices for 35 years before becoming a journalist. In 2022 I established the Eastern Suburbs Art Group with Simon Kahn and began making works, taking up watercolour in November. I participated in a group show ‘Colour as A Plot Device’ in August 2023 and had my own solo show ‘Media of Mass Psychology’ in November 2023.
