I am interested in the possibilities that layers of lines produce. I have been focussed on line for the last twenty years. The process involves both random and deliberate addition of lines. I am fascinated by where the artwork leads me to as I do not have an outcome planned at the outset. Gibber has fewer layers of lines and therefore shows more of the background than much of my output giving it an open look. Gibber is in earth tones and as a result suggests landscape. The title Gibber comes from a naming convention of random geological features.
