Dealing with anxiety can mean having the courage to change negative self talk to the
positive.
Navigating your way through a maze of feelings and thoughts sometimes each and every
day.
Just to make it out the front door
I've painted this out of my deep respect for people dealing with anxiety and the courage
they use to overcome negative self talk.

Choosing mostly to work in Acrylics and watercolour.
Maria draws on her love of her Island home, it's unique flora and fauna and her lived experiences for inspiration.
Capturing the sun peaking over the horizon, the froth from turbulence in the water or the crisp feeling of the winter season is her aim.
