The pathways we choose

This is a pathway I choose to take on my morning walks all year round. I love to experience the changing seasons from this little beach on the Island where I live.
This pathway leads to a view that can contain giant cruise ships, swimmers, dogs frolicking, joggers and a seagull or two , depending on what time of the year.
I have include recycled book pages and paper in this piece to add depth and intrigue. Enjoy finding the letters and words I have purposely scattered amongst the painting.

Capturing the sun peaking over the horizon, the froth from turbulence in the water or the crisp feeling of the winter season is her aim.
