Artwork Description

“Let it Go” is influenced by childhood adventures and explorations. Those fearless and careless times when nothing else matters but fun and play.

The intention of this painting is to evoke nostalgia and remind us that it is okay to let go, have fun, explore and create memories.

Artist Bio

Kaye Meana was born in the Philippines, 1987. She moved to New Zealand to pursue a career as a Registered Nurse and it wasn’t until she moved to Australia where her artworks started to soar. She lives and works in South Australia. Her paintings varies from figurative studies, florals and portraits. She is mostly drawn to nostalgic and expressive subjects.

Although she continues to work in the nursing field, she hopes to create more art, make it as accessible to others as she possibly can and someday be able to paint full time.
