A Beguiling endeavor upon midday

This work expresses the endeavour’s we take throughout life in which we are found to be conscious and alive upon the moments that arise within our journeys. Moments we find to be most captivating and joyful. Through the enthralling light during midday, where the sun is at its highest and at an utopian grandeur, life becomes a magnificent spectacle with endless Promises. This is what this piece expresses with its bursting and alive brush stokes as well as the warm colours which represent the sentiment of the sun’s rays.

I am an Australian born artist who has been developing a style that is vital to my aim of expressing the Human condition. My art is derived from ‘my story’, I draw my inspiration from real experiences. I believe all artistic vision is inherently from a source that can only be considered as divine. I draw from my own personal experiences, all that I witness within the boundaries of my life, from all that I have felt internally.

I approach my work with a conceived idea or an elusive image. At first a set style or attitude is taken on as an expressive outlet, and then eventually I become stimulated before the work takes a life of its own through an emotional outlet during the creation of the work. I become captivated by the works progressive development, encouraging what works to hold or to expose a subconscious truth and beauty, creating a life of its own.
