Artwork Description

MOMENTS HOPE

Silent is my inner current
Assured of Moments rest
Bright light gleaming in
Mystifying
My deliverance yet to come
As in the dawn I was bleak in understanding
For all of life is already figured
Before us it awaits
Yet we turn a blind eye
Our foolish queries cloud our minds
Yet the indigent mind has turned to greed
A hungry heart yet to become a hungry ghost
The earth is plentiful and can offer to everyone
The Fervent crop of Self-desires be no more
Thought given no ground
Silence to conquer us all
Let life be a joyous excursion of bliss as we enter the afternoon of our lives
Redeem our lost time
Taken by inquisition
The gleam, the hope, the gentle breeze of life’s breath be our redeeming way
Haste not, but be still
For the sun still brightens our palette
Giving its kiss of warmth to our tender cheeks
The gentle draft of wind combs our hair with our mothers’ hand
The current of the ocean and its enchanting sound calms the reverberating spirit
For all of life’s fruits are offered on the table of reverence
We shall feed the soul to preserve the quest towards the eternal
To be led by grace with a loving heart

Artist Bio

I am an Australian born artist who has been developing a style that is vital to my aim of expressing the Human condition. My art is derived from ‘my story’, I draw my inspiration from real experiences. I believe all artistic vision is inherently from a source that can only be considered as divine. I draw from my own personal experiences, all that I witness within the boundaries of my life, from all that I have felt internally.

“I understood more, when I felt more”

I approach my work with a conceived idea or an elusive image. At first a set style or attitude is taken on as an expressive outlet, and then eventually I become stimulated before the work takes a life of its own through an emotional outlet during the creation of the work. I become captivated by the works progressive development, encouraging what works to hold or to expose a subconscious truth and beauty, creating a life of its own.

"There is no single truth in Art, everyone holds their own truth which they have reaped through the life they have endured".
