PASSING THROUGH
Crimson light
Passes through
Red, yellow then blue
White curtains caught in the window breeze
Entangled into an elusive dance
Tell me of open fields
Swaying daises over the smooth hills
Young again
For the moment at least
As I glance before me
Remembered love is felt again
Young hopes and dreams
Passing light brings a new shadow
Bleak no more is my contemplation
For I dare to seek my longing
Go all the way
Tremble if I may
To stand proud with the dirt on my hands
Cause I can call it my own
The orange sun over open fields awaits me
My allusive vision
Peace and joy it brings
There upon the desiring horizon
My sails set
My vessel cast into deep water
Into the unknown I intrude with an open heart
I must go
A full life awaits me
