Acrylic on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.

There's an art supply shop in my local area that I've been going to ever since I was studying design at TAFE. In the carpark, there are some very handsome eucalypts with very orange trunks which always catch my attention. One day I was going through my phone and I realised just how many pictures I snap of those trees "for reference". So I decided it was time I tried to make a painting about them.
***Please note that the reverse of this canvas has a pretty terrible painting of peonies that I couldn't get right that made me quite upset and angry at myself. You definitely can't see that unless you turn the canvas around, so it doesn't affect your enjoyment of this painting that I *do* like. It's just a special little easter egg just for you. Of course if that sort of thing does bother you for some reason, please don't purchase this work.***
