Whitehaven Wandering - seascape ocean beach aerial - framed art

Inspired by the exquisite Whitehaven beach on Whitsunday Island. To create this piece I've used real sand to create the beach and shoreline, then textured medium to build waves and gorgeous foamy texture. Set in a deep white coloured floating frame this beach aerial is a seascape for all the senses. Be transported into a tropical dream and elevate your space with art by an award winning artist.

A bit about me; I’m an artist/painter and mother residing in the Sutherland Shire of Sydney. I’ve been painting professionally since 2019 but have always been artistic and loved creating things with my hands.

I was honoured to be awarded the winner of the Emerging Artists Award for my work at the 37th Yea Art Show, as judged by renowned artist and art teacher, Ron Muller.

I like to work with acrylic paint and texture mediums on canvas to create work that induces a calming, serene and uplifting feeling. My vision has always been "to paint what brings me joy in the hopes that joy will spread".
