Glass houses #4 of 4 is an extension of my popular glass with fish collection.

This collection shows just how peaceful and beautiful, yet, fragile life can be.

With a focus on mental health, through this collection, I hope to send a reminder to look after ourselves and the people around us that we love.

Melissa Mamukic is a Canberra-based, self-taught artist whose practice explores the playful interaction of shape, colour, and composition.
Primarily working with acrylics, Melissa has recently expanded into mixed media on canvas, a process that continues to fuel her curiosity and experimentation. Her work is quickly becoming known for its quirky, one-of-a-kind style that brings vibrancy into everyday spaces.
Inspired by a lifelong love of both nature and cuisine, Melissa’s current focus is on kitchen and floral art. These themes allow her to combine her passion for organic forms and bold palettes, resulting in artworks that have become sought-after additions to the heart of the home.
Melissa devotes much of her time to developing her craft where each piece she produces is a true expression of her personality: colourful, cheeky, and full of character, designed to spark happiness and evoke a sense of fun, leaving those who encounter her work with a smile.
