Artwork Description

Driving on to Lions Drive, on one side it’s almost industrial. But on the other, the hanging branches from a tall tree frame a window to mountains in the distance, behind a treelined landing. I’ve stopped here many times – whether my trip is one of leisure or work – it stills everything.

Inspired by the beautiful outdoor spaces of Mudgee in Country New South Wales.

Her inspiration is drawn from the peacefulness of the countryside and serene landscapes that bring a profound stillness and escape from everyday life.

Her passion for creating artwork from the beauty of her surroundings aims to carry the viewer away from the worries of life into a place of quiet and gentle contentment as they are transported to the peaceful countryside.

Her works have been displayed in various exhibitions across four Australian states and territories, leading to her solo exhibitions at Vinifera Wines Cellar Door in 2024 and the historic Butcher Shop Cafe in Mudgee in 225.

She currently has works on display in galleries in New South Wales and Queensland.
