Oil on canvas, ready to hang.
Signed on the front.
Each season brings something of wonder in the natural world. Winter brings sombre colours and a beautiful freshness, Spring gives us blossoms and sweet scents, Summer, the warmth of the sun and endless sunsets. Autumn brings us the colours of the liquid amber tree. Such a spectrum from gold, orange, red, magenta and purple. These leaves had fallen onto a path I was on and they displayed the colours as described. They would shrivel and die in a few days, but again I wanted to preserve the moment as when I found them, in oil paint. Such warmth to view upon for the next Winter months ahead. The sixth picture in the images shows how the painting may look framed in a Tasmanian Oak box frame which can be arranged upon request.
