I found this old set of scales in a bric a brac market some time ago. It brought back memories of childhood. I just love the patina on them and the beurre bosc pears look great sitting on top making it an interesting still life. Love the earthy hues of this winter fruit. This would look great in a kitchen, cafe or cool deli.
