Mellissa is a self-taught artist living and working from her home studio on the glorious Queensland Coastline at Moore Park, near Bundaberg. Always a maker and creator Mellissa turned to the canvas and began experimenting and exploring abstract painting and fell in love with the freedom that comes with making your mark and creating a story from shape and basic form. With a love of colour she combines the two to create bold and bright paintings that draw you in to a place of discovery.
