This is one of my dancer series. I try to convey the joy of movement as well as the discipline required to make a movement appear light and whimsical.

Meredith first began attending classes at the Claremont school of art as a diversionary recreation after being forced to retire as a Physio due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. What began as a pastime rapidly became a passion. She was lucky enough to study under a number of well known artists with influences from Leanne Pearson, Jana Vodesill-Baruffi and John Wilson. She predominately paints in oils and loves vibrant colours. Her obsession with dancers is trying to catch the moment of motion.
