I was inspired by this charming old country cottage and its colorful garden of native plants. The location is the beautiful countryside of south, Western Australia. A moderately textured landscape spontaneously painted in alla prima style using a combination of brush and palette knife.
Artist quality oil paint on professional grade stretched canvas. The sides are 4cm thick and are painted consistent with the color scheme of the subject.
