Returning to drawing after a long famine. In a time when ticket writing was a trade, and signs were painted by hand in warehouses full of creative genius. I trained as a sign-writer. Combining brush control, lettering skills and graphic art we created some amazing works. The advent of computers killed off the collaborative brilliance and I found myself in an artistic wilderness. Somehow, I found myself in construction and ended up working as a carpenter for the next stage of my life. Now that circumstances allow I am back doing what destiny had designed for me all along. I reverted immediately to the style I grew up with, comic books and cartoons, but now I have stories to go with the pictures. My art is raw, unrefined and unpopular, which is why I think you will like it.
