Artwork Description

Peonies are such beautiful flowers and I have painted in oils, oil pastels and watercolour. This peoni grew in my own garden and the stock originated in Ballarat. This is a unique piece in that it is pure watercolour painted directly on to a specially prepared canvas designed to accept watercolour! The colours are rich and luminous. There is an added advantage because the painting is ready to hand. No framing required. For additional protection, the painting is protected with a UV Matt varnish.
