Artwork Description

The busy, historic concourse from where many stories begin and end. Painted facing the daylight at the far end, throwing the human figures into silhouette.

Artist Bio

Michael is an award winning artist from Sydney, Australia. He has won First Place in the Landscape Section of the Sydney Royal Easter Show Art Exhibition. He has also won First Place in the Oyster Bay Art and Craft Festival on two occasions.
His style is modern, contemporary and usually very colourful. His aim is to paint in a loose form, tending towards being abstract. His paintings generally jump off the wall because of their bright and cheery compositions, and brighten up any room. He is currently doing still lifes, but can paint anything. It is just a matter of careful observation and then application of the skill from 50 years of experience.
