These huge wings come as a pair and have been wired so that they can hang vertically or horizontally – or a combination of both! These serene, angel wings would elicit a tranquil, protective feeling in your bedroom. These are a true statement piece and look equally fabulous hanging as a focal point above a bed, or filling up an awkward wall such as in a stairwell.

Painted in deep turquoise, aqua, white and lilac, these wings bring with them a serene, calming quality. A closer inspection will reveal delicate patterns, spontaneous squiggles and paint drips – all a feature of my painting style.

These wings have been painted in acrylics on thick, stretched canvas. They are wired to hang either vertically or horizontally and are varnished for protection. The edges have been painted in a deep turquoise colour, exactly matching the background of this work.

These wings are sold as a pair and measure 152 x 61cms each.
