Michelle has travelled extensively throughout the world and draws inspiration from different cultures and scenes from her travels as well as nature. She uses a range of mediums including acrylics, mixed media and watercolours and has a vivid use of colour and composition. Her works are very textural and incorporate items from nature such as shells and stones creating a rich tapestry of colour and texture.
Michelle’s accomplishments in her artistic endeavours continue to accumulate as she strives to produce artworks of exceptional depth and appeal while contributing greatly to the local artistic community that inspires and revives us all.
Originally born in Auckland, NZ she currently calls the Gold Coast home and works from her home based studio in Varsity Lakes.
She has an extensive education in Fine Art and Electonic Multi-media and is also a freelance graphic designer. She is the creator and editor of Artinzene Online Magazine focused on Art, Health, Travel and Lifestyle.
