Lotus

A Lotus among so many at Mt Penang Gardens on a trip near Terrigal, NSW.
These beauties just want to reach the sky out of the water, each one so huge measuring four of my palms, the leaves even bigger than the flower it self.
white and pink ones everywhere.
The petals are so textured with different whites and yellow's streaming though in the sunlight.
This is a delicate piece of wall décor that would feel right at home in your lounge room, bedroom.
Felt dots on back for wall protection.

Hi, my name is Mine` .
I paint in my Art Studio at home in Sydney.
I started painting with acrylics then changed to Oil's which I find eases the flow and flexibility of drying time.
Painting mostly flowers and fruits at first, but now I love painting all kinds of subjects.
I've had casual lessons and picked up different techniques.
I've had solo as well as three group exhibitions with some close art friends.
I Love to travel the World, knit, I enjoy listening to instrumental music while painting.
Several of my art works have also sold through the exhibitions.
I've also donated multiple art works to charity.
I've further had the opportunity to be part of designing and painting a community mural for the local council in collaboration with the N.S.W Transport Department.
