I’m an artist based in the Mid North Coast, NSW, drawn to abstraction and the strange pull it has. I’m fascinated by chaos, its rhythm and its energy. When I paint, I work with a kind of controlled spontaneity, letting each stroke sit somewhere between intention and letting go. I want the work to feel active, almost alive, translating the noise of everyday existence into layered, moving compositions.
My practice is shaped by what’s around me, not in a literal way, but through how texture, light, and emotion turn into visual rhythm. Colour and form become their own language. Each piece is a way of slowing down and really looking. They are an invitation for the viewer to find something of themselves within the chaos. Underneath it all, there’s structure, and within that structure, a pulse.
