Translated as The Colours of Nature, Colorum Naturae is a celebration of the beautiful shades and striking detail of Australian native flowering gums. Channelling the mood of the Dutch masters with saturated colour to pack a visual punch, this photographic still life is the perfect antidote to a grey Melbourne day.

All images are shot using only natural light, with minimal editing and no Photoshop keeping the subject real and as close to it's original beauty as possible.
