This wildly playful, large scale painting is a one-off fine art abstract, and part of the popular botanical collection. A combo of Australian bush colours in ochre, blues, sage and orange with pops of yellow and purple against an earthy blue/grey background. The composition is what creates the party atmosphere, with frolicking foliage and swaying stems with blooms lost in blissful abandon. The darker greens, granite and charcoal hues add a sense of drama. Creatures emerge from the blossoms. Was that a banksia man? Or a possum? Sweeping brushstrokes and calligraphic freehand marks create a movement and flow for an energetic, botanical party inspired statement piece for your room. The work is painted in acrylic with details in oil pigment stick, paper and pastel. It has been sealed protection.
