'Bushland Tranquility' is a one-off fine art abstract about finding a special place in the wild Australian bush, which has magical benefits to the mind, body and soul. The scene depicted here my memory of walking through 'Grandfathers Gully' on the NSW Far South Coast, where a small creek provides a haven for the senses. Wild flowers bloom in unordered profusion and the trees twist in magical forms as they reach for the sky above. Small snippets of the deeper bush are glimpsed in the distance.
A combination of Australian bush colours in olive, grey blue, sage and white with pops of yellow. Sweeping brushstrokes and calligraphic freehand marks create a movement and flow for an energising yet calming botanical bush inspired piece for your room. The work is painted in acrylic with details in oil pigment stick. It has been sealed protection.
