Artwork Description

'Green Everglade Glory' celebrates the cool, shaded growth of wild bushland ferns and blooms. Naomi's daily walks take her to quiet places where she can sit and take in the natural world, bringing references back to the studio to create paintings that capture the feeling of being in that special moment.

Naomi Crowther's well known Poppy series is revisited in this original artwork, painted using a palette knife and thick impasto paint to create 3D raised petals on the blooms. Silver leaf catches the light as you walk past, adding both colour and conversation to your space.

Naomi Crowther's studio is on the Far South Coast of NSW. She takes cues from cliff walks and observing local gardens and bushland plus her own studio plantings, as inspiration for this artwork.

61cm high x 61cm wide. Full signature on front. Signed, titled, and dated verso. Includes a hand signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Free Australia wide postage or local pickup. If you’re local to the Batemans Bay area, Naomi shall reach out after purchase to offer you local delivery or studio pickup.

Edges are 3.8cm and painted, making it ready to hang, or choose to have it framed.
