Influenced by my time living in rural Western Australia, particularly Kalbarri and Margaret River. It is wonderful to be able to bring the outside in and have nature all around you. My works do not depict reality, and are drawn completely free hand. I use Jackson’s West 210 gsm paper. This paper is pure white and would look great in any frame . I am particularly influenced by the Heidelberg artists 🧑‍🎨

Naomi Clare’s paintings tell stories. As a previous self-published author, and receiving a commendation for poetry, Naomi paints with passion and avidity, hoping others can see the poetry and prose in her artwork. Naomi is particularly influenced by the post-impressionist movement and she draws on the natural world around her to drive her inspiration for her diverse collection of paintings. She is mostly an abstract/semi-abstract artist. Naomi loves colour and texture and broad brush strokes, never shying away from applying different techniques to her artwork.
Drawing is also a passion of hers stemming from her love of nature, being out in nature and bringing the outside in.
