Narelle has an Advanced Diploma of Art and a Bachelor of Education and is currently a Visual Arts teacher, artist in her own right, and is propogating a lavender farm where her gallery will be built. She has been commissioned previously for pet portraits and wedding bouquet paintings but has begun to focus more on her own artistic expression which is influenced by the fluid motion of nature. Her most recent achievement was when one of her pieces of an owl was awarded recognition of first place for an emerging artist by Australian wildlife artist Paul Margocsy at the Berwick Artists Society.

Her style is contemporary modernism working mostly with acrylic paints to create representations of reality. Her use of line highlights the flow and movement of the paints in her work. Narelle works mostly out of her studio in Nyora and loves the mix of accident and control within her artworks.
