Nasreen Hassan is the artist behind the brand Designs by Nas. She is a watercolour artist, surface pattern designer, and workshop host. She believes creativity has the power to heal.

Influenced by her travels, nature , and cultural celebrations Nasreen creates vibrant, organic, expressive watercolour prints for interiors. It’s the perfect way to bring the outdoors in or create a lasting memory of your favourite part of the world.

Inspired by colour, flowing lines, textures, and life, Nasreen creates artwork that evokes emotion in the viewer. A picture that tells a story.
Using freehand brushstrokes to create shapes and textures Nasreen ‘s take on watercolours is modern and contemporary.
The subjects she paints are florals, botanicals, travel scenes, and motivational quotes.

Nasreen grew up in Zimbabwe and now lives in sunny Queensland.
