This painting was born from a moment of inner turbulence — a time when pain, self-judgement, and the illusion of control felt overwhelming. Yet rather than resisting these shadows, I chose to observe them. In doing so, something sacred revealed itself: the quiet, unwavering light of my soul.
The composition is a vibrant entanglement of flowers — some blooming boldly, others dissolving softly into the background. These florals represent the dance between ego and spirit: the raw, chaotic, sometimes painful elements of human experience, contrasted with the subtle grace of awakened presence.
Deep indigos and fiery reds express the intensity of egoic struggle, while luminous purples, pinks, and golden hues rise like light breaking through — the soul’s emergence. The background remains textured and layered, mirroring the inner work of unravelling what is not truly us, to uncover what has always been there: peace, clarity, truth.
This piece is a celebration of awakening — not as an escape from pain, but as a transformation through it.
