Inspired by flower paintings of the Dutch masters. I recreate this work by putting together my favourite sections from several original works. The idea is to study the process and to test my painting ability of this kind of painting. I am very happy with the result I achieved.
Tulips has various symbolic meaning in art depending on their colour. Generally they symbolise perfect love, worthiness and forgiveness.
